Unable to create temp dir "flash: update."

Software upgrade failed.

Has anyone had this issue when updating your Catalyst 2960-S Series?

Hi

Based on your screenshot you're trying to upgrade your switch using CNA. I know, this was a bug in the past and the official workaround was to upgrade through CLI.
Have you tested doing the upgrade using CLI?
