Unable to take the access of vg through putty

Hello Everyone,

We have two voice gateways in remote location.

We are able to get ping on this VG's

Earlier we are taking access through putty, now we are unable to telnet those VG's.

what is the message you get ? Your sessions might be stuck, something you can only verify if you have access (which you don't right now). is there somebody available at the remote site with console access ?

If access putty, it is coming blank and disconnecting.

We have worked with network team and resolved this issue.
