Under what condition need to configure spanning-tree portfast trunk?

In Ruckus AP?

Basically, you shouldn't activate portfast trunk towards a router.
My experience, I have only see and configure that command when there is an ESXI connected to the switch with multiple interfaces set as a trunk where multiple VMs runs to different Vlans.
It uses Trunk to pass all the vlans, and the portfast to bypass the normal spanning-tree timers.
