Hi all. I need to upgrade my 6500 with two sup2(s) in it. My question: Is there a way to upgrade the IOS and apply it withOUT rebooting the system?

You upgrade the backup , reload that then force failover to the upgraded card then upgrade the other.

That's a big "it depends." What operating mode - native/hybrid - what redundancy mode, what version etc.
