Dear Friends,
I have three type of cisco switches, and I want to upgrade them like this:
WS-C3560X-24T-L: from (c3560e-universalk9-m. Ver.12.2(55) SE5) to (c3560e-universalk9-mz.Ver.150-2.SE12)
WS-C3750X-24: from (c3750e-universalk9-m Ver.12.2(55) SE5) to (c3750e-universalk9-mz. Ver.150-2.SE11)
WS-C3850-48T: from (cat3k_caa-universalk9 Ver. 16.3.5b) to (cat3k_caa-universalk9 Ver. 16.12.12)
Is it possible to upgrade directly from current ver TO target ver or there is a path upgrade ?

@maldafee A good plan is to always check the release notes of the version you want to install. Look for 'upgrade' with find in the browser. Check all instances and related notes ,

Hello @maldafee
Direct upgrade yes exept for your 3850. You must follow a staged upgarde path. Cisco IOS-xe 16.x has compatibility checkpoint to reach 16.12.x (Denali > Everest > Fuji > Gibraltar trains), you should upgrade first to at least 16.9.x before jump to 16.12.x...
Check/study release notes is the key.
