Upgrading 3750 SW from 12 to 15 IOS. What about licensing?

Hi! I have several 3750X switches in my environment running 12.X code. What if I upgrade them to 15.X code? Is there any licensing issues I need to consider? Becasue 15.X has different licensing architecture.

The licensing will still stay the same.
