Hi Guys

I have two ws-6506-e. Each one has two Supervisor Engine 720. I want to upgrade  IOSs to SXJ10.

6506#dir /all
Directory of sup-bootdisk:/

6506#sh ver
System image file is "sup-bootdisk:s72033-ipservicesk9-mz.122-33.SXH8a.bin"

6506#sh run | i boot

boot system flash s72033-ipservicesk9-mz.122-33.SXJ10.bin
boot system flash s72033-ipservicesk9-mz.122-33.SXH8a.bin
boot system sup-bootflash:s72033-ipservicesk9-mz.122-33.SXH8a.bin
boot-end-marker

I uploaded the intended IOS into sup-bootdisk:/. But I don't know  how to upload that IOS into standby supervisor as well. Is it the right place to upload the IOS or for main supervisor and standby I should upload IOS in different places?

About the "boot system" command, is the one that I have is OK or I should insert different command?

Thanks

For the standby supervisor you copy the image to slavesup-bootdisk:/.  As for the boot command, I believe it should be "boot system flash sup-bootdisk:/s72033-ipservicesk9-mz.122-33.SXJ10.bin"...
