I have connected one D-link & 3Com switches to cisco Switch WS-3650-48PS having IOS version 03.07.02E.
But link is not coming up.
Error:
%PM-4-ERR_DISABLE: psecure-violation error detected on Gi1/0/32, putting Gi1/0/32 in err-disable state
%PORT_SECURITY-2-PSECURE_VIOLATION: Security violation occurred, caused by MAC address 78e3.b5c9.0b9a on port GigabitEthernet1/0/32.
Pls suggest how to fix asap.
Regards
Kumar

Looks like cisco side has port-security setup on g1/0/32 you would need to remove this from the config as its only allowing certain macs connect to it , no other way around it as security prevention configuration stop people connecting random devices into network causing loops at layer 2 usually or unwanted access in public networks

Hello Kumar,
Agree with Mark, On port Gi1/0/32 port security configuration is done which actually restricting the connectivity and it seems to be because of mac violation.
Remove the port security configuration for that port and then check.
Hope it Helps..
