Not sure... depends, but I would strongly advise not to. It's just not best practice to be using from different vendors

can we use juniper sfp's in cisco 3750 's
You can but it won't work.
Cisco appliance will see the module, interrogate for IDPROM hash values, finding none or incorrect hash values, the appliance will put the port into error-disable.

Hi,
You can do this on a number of IOS based platforms with the service unsupported-transceiver command, but obviously you need to consider support.
ocs3750-2#conf t
Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.
ocs3750-2(config)#service unsupported-transceiver
Warning: When Cisco determines that a fault or defect can be traced to
the use of third-party transceivers installed by a customer or reseller,
then, at Cisco's discretion, Cisco may withhold support under warranty or
a Cisco support program. In the course of providing support for a Cisco
networking product Cisco may require that the end user install Cisco
transceivers if Cisco determines that removing third-party parts will
assist Cisco in diagnosing the cause of a support issue.
