VLAN ACL

I have problem for ACL where my some of my PCs at WAP able to ping other VLAN and some can't . How do I fix to make sure all my PC cant ping. 

Ex: Wireless PCs from vlan 150 can ping to vlan 50

I did <deny IP <IPVLAN150> <IPVLAN50>>

any access <name> in

deny ip 197.168.3.96 0.0.0.31 197.168.3.32 0.0.0.31
