VLAN Routing on switches

Hi

I have attached an image of my network.I want to ping at Switch 4 (IP:10.10.1.4) from the Switch 1. I can ping  all the VLAN/IPs on switch 3 from Switch 1. Switch 3 can ping Switch 4. But can't ping 10.10.1.4 from switch 1.

What configurations is required to make that happen.

Be sure switch 4 has a default route configured...
