Vlan voice Packet Loss

Dear all,

strange error

configuration 

2 vlan

data 10

voice 20

when I ping from the router or from a switch  to the voip phone(vlan 20)  I'm expereince packet lost 

cisco2960x#ping 172.18.10.132 repeat 20

If a ping any other server in the vlan voice everything is working fine, this is happen with all voip phone in vlan voice

 switchport mode access
 switchport voice vlan 20
 spanning-tree portfast

Are you trying to ping the voice servers? If yes, voice servers rate limit the icmp traffic. Try pinging from your PC, it will work fine. The reason being IOS devices transmit ping at a faster rate than the PC.
