Hi,

I am planning to have five Vlans in my network i.e Faculty,Administration,Students,Servers and Management Vlan on Cisco 3750-X Switch. Some of my Access devices are TP-link wireless APs that have no Vlan support. Now if have management Vlan and student vlan then I have to configure 3750 switch port as trunk port so that both vlans traffic can be carried out.According to my knowledge we have to configure ports of TP-Link AP as mangement vlan or student vlan.

Plz help how to use management vlan and other vlans on Tp-link Aps??

If your AP does not have vlan support, then obviously you Cannot map wlans to corresponding vlan on the AP.
Also you Cannot use separate management vlan for this AP.

An option can be to use separate AP for each wlan connected to an access port in corresponding vlan (no vlan trunk ports)
This means multiple AP in same location to service ALL wlans.
Management must be done in the same vlan as the access vlan

If you want management in a separate vlan, then you must replaceAP with vlan aware model.
