Voice disappear in ongoing call randomly on random ports

Hi Everyone- I am using WS-C3560G-48TS-S and we are running this switch in a call center.
Issue we are facing is disappearing voice in random calls to random agents.
I have checked the uplinks and no error found there.
I would really appreciate your help.
