Voice Vlan no able to do outgoing through cisco 3650

Hi,

we had existing switch 4560 which was working with two vlan. vlan 1 and vlan 20 . vlan 20 for voice. when we do the same configuration on cisco 3650 switch. we can't able to do the outside call. internaly the call was going. kindly help us

Don't see any diffs in the config that should cause that , can you post the full show int trunk please from current switch

Are you getting IP of the voice vlan 20 or from the vlan 1 on the hardphone?

Can you ping upstream to other devices in vlan 20 from the 3650 as its trunking it should be ok ? cqlls are still working through other switches yes ?
