I have two catalist 6500e and a nexus 5K i now that i can use vPC and Vss but my question is if is any way to dont use VSS in the catalist 6506e and use vPc to comunicate with nexus 5k

No, if you don't use VSS, then they are individual switches. You have uplink each switch separately

You can use just normal port channels on the 6506 side .
