VS-S2T-10G does not work

hi,

I have a cisco C6509-E with two VS-S2T-10G modules.

Last week It stopped working and had the following modules LEDs lit orange:

status
system
active
pwr mgmt

If I turn off and after turn on, the switch turns on the red LED status and after 2 seconds the LED are above: in orange state. No message into the cli.

any suggestions ?
