Can I use Switch Port (e.g. 2) on two Switches A & B (Both config under VSS) for two different devices.

Yes, you can.

It would be:

Device A, port 5 to VSS-switch-1 port 1/1/5

Device A, port 6 to VSS-switch-2 port 2/1/5

Device B, port 5 to VSS-switch-1 port 1/1/6

Device A, port 6 to VSS-switch-2 port 2/1/6

Sorry to say the question is not that clear. Overview of understanding is that you have already build the VSS with two siwtches. And now you want to connect one of the port from each switch part of VSS to other ? If yes then yes you can do that. 

Please correct if I have misunderstood your question.

Question was Whether I attach two different devices (e.g. Device A & B) to similar port (e.g. port 5) on Two switches (e.g. Port 5 of Switch A & Port 5 of Switch B). Switches are connected   / Configured via VSS.

Yes, you can.

It would be:

Device A, port 5 to VSS-switch-1 port 1/1/5

Device A, port 6 to VSS-switch-2 port 2/1/5

Device B, port 5 to VSS-switch-1 port 1/1/6

Device A, port 6 to VSS-switch-2 port 2/1/6
