What is the best option to connect two 6500 switches through 10Gig links using Fibers, either using MCP or Single Mode Fiber?
Any issues with a direct single mode fiber b/w the two ends?

If your distance is about 300 meters or less, you can use 50 Micron Multimode, but if the distance is longer then you need Single Mode.

Thanks for the response. Distance between two chassis is around 10Meters.
I need to create VSL using 10Gig interface. Cisco's site mentined that legacy MM fiber requires Mode conditioning Patch for 10Gig connectivity.
. Which fiber are you using to connect two VSS chassis?
I like to know the common practice. About using MCP. An alternate mentioned is SMF.
Thanks

Sajid,
For 10Meters, use multimode 50 micron. There is also 62.5 micron, but go with 50.
I have used both multimode and single mode for VSL links (depending on distance)
So for your distance all you need is a 2 10Meter MM fiber patch cords with SC connectors on both sides.

Reza,
I am using "X2-10GB-LRM=" module and following Cisco URL explains some issues with using FDDI-grade or OM1 Fibers with this module and that's what has alerted me.

Again thanks for your sugestions and continous good assistance for the Cisco community.

Sajid,
I don't know why you want to use LRM, when you distance is only 10 Meters
Here is the part number and the description of the type of optics you need for short range
