VSS SUP720 strange behaviour after ISSU 15.1(1)SY4

Dear Experts

After ISSU from 151-1.SY1 to 151-1.SY4 on Catalyst 6509-E SUP720 everything works as expected but we recognized different output from CONsole port. In contrast to other VSS systems we can connect to stby-console port AND execute show commands!!!

As mentioned, the system is working fine. Any ideas what is the reason for this behaviour?

we have same problem, i haven't found cisco document to say this. we connect console to standby vss switch and get below status, and after we switch over active switch to standby switch, we still found same status on new standby vss switch. do you get some answer?
