VSS with Redundant SUP

Does VSS support redundant SUP in each Catalyst? If no, then any one knows when the support of redundant SUP would be available in each Catalyst of VSS?

Hi

VSS does not yet support multiple SUP engines in a single chassis as of yet. The word from Cisco is that it could possibly need a whole new SUP design to make this feature work. Saying that, a properly configured VSS setup will give you more than enough redundancy.
