hi team

Good day.

Could you help me please, I have some doubts with the update of the version for Catalyst 4500 that we have in the company.
I want to update the version to the recommended version of cisco. Can you recommend the steps to update a vss. For example I have the following commands:

I was going through the below cisco document and there are a few more steps as below: Is it necessary?

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst6500/ios/12.2SX/configuration/guide/vss.html#wp1169328

Router(config)# no boot system
Router(config)# config-register 0x2102
Router(config)# boot system flash disk0:image_name
Router(config)# end
Router# copy running-config startup-config
Router# redundancy reload peer
Router# redundancy force-switchover

Do you also recommend me to update the rommon?

I attach switch data:

Since you have not mentioned what is the target version you going to.,

If you decided, my point mentioned part of the list :

Read the release notes

which will give you direction - is the ROMMON upgrade required or not required? (it will depend on the target version of code you choose to upgrade)

I have pasted the latest cisco recommendation version and release notes : (Upgrading the System Software)
