Everything has been done including the feature VTP. But only problem that it is working only in transparent mode. The CLI is not showing VTP Mode option at all. Till mode is not visible in command line, it seems to be difficult to change the mode.

Haven't used these switches but according to the configuration guide they only support VTP transparent so you can't change it.
