Switch A connected to Switch B connected to Switch C aslo Ip address is given inside a Vlan which is been created.
Whether Switch A is able to ping Switch C? If not Why?

Hi
Vtp does not block icmp , if you cant ping between the switches something else is causing it , vlan not allowed on trunk , stp blocking vlan etc
run show int trunk on each switch make sure the vlans allowed and check the show spanning-tree for that vlan
did you add the vlans on the transparent switch manually as well as vtp wont sync with that but should pass the vlans still to the client vtp switch

As Mark notes, VTP, itself, has nothing to do with ping, but if the VTP client switch, cannot obtain VLAN information from the VTP server switch, then there might not be a common VLAN to support ping between the switches.
In other words, you'll need to insure that the three switches are all configured correctly for VTP communication between them. For example, all three switches need to be in the same VTP domain and have the same VTP passwords, etc.
