Have anyone encountered this message being spammed in the loggs?

Of course this is normal behaviour if you're using the vty's, however this happens when no one is accessing the switch from the vty's.
Im leaning towards either some background-task is issueing this configmessages or some kind of bug.
Have anyone else encountered this?
