VWIC2-@MFT-T1/E1

We have 2821 router and I have added VWIC2-@MFT-T1/E1 card. I am unable to see it in the config. I did try adding the command card type T1 1 0. i do see the cardin the show ver.

I wonder if the issue that the card may require a certain version of code. What version of code are you running in your 2821?

After the card type command, did you use: Router(config)# controller t1

and then you specify the framing and linecode and is still not showing up in the config?

Don't forget to issue no shut at the end in order to activate the controller.
