Getting a log in my 3850 switch, need to know what does it mean as i have found nothing on cisco document.

I'm getting the same thing. Running a stack of 3 3850's with 03.03.05. Switch 1 crashes. I'm going to put 03.06.04 on the stack to see if it fixes it.

the SPI(FED QoS) server dead message is an indication of crash and not the reason for the crash please collect system report/corefile and crashinfo to debug. Open case with TAC for further isolation.
