Hi !

If i change  the native VLAN other than 1 ,example : 10 ,the VLAN 10 traffic is passed through a trunk as untagged. That time vlan 1 traffic will get tagged when pass through a trunk ? In my case i have connected some devices  in VLAN 1, so i can not remove the vlan 1. I want to make VLAN 10 as native VLAN  same time VLAN 1 traffic should be allowed. What will happens  in this situation ? Kindly answer this question ?

Hi,
yes as you wrote, VLAN 10 will be untagged and VLAN 1 will be tagged.

But you can configure native VLAN per each trunk. So for example you can have native VLAN 10 on one trunk, but native VLAN 1 on second trunk. You need to change it on each trunk.

Also end devices are connected (should be) to access ports which are untagged. Trunks are only between switches.

And finally you cannot delete VLAN 1 as it is default cisco VLAN.
