What is port Gi0/17 on a Cisco 2911 16 port Switch Module

I have a new Cisco 2911 with a 16 port Switch Module.  I've got the router and the swtich module connected via internal Gi1/0 on the router and internal Gi0/18 on the switch.  However, I do not know what Gi0/17 on the switch goes to.  Does it go back to the router and if so, to what port.  I do not see one defined.

Below is a quick look:

Virtual interface that connects the module to the router.

I've already got Gi1/0(on the router) connected to Gi1/18( on the switch).  How do I connect and where do I connect Gi0/17(on the switch) to the router.

Thanks,

J R

Hi Jay,

I am having issues with the Gi0/17 sending sporadic SNMP trap[s about going up and down. Did you ever get an explanation as to what this interface is for, hopw it can be configured and for what purpose, and can it be shutdown?

Brett

do you have any idea about it works??

Hi my friend, do you have something about this question??? hu!!
