Good Day! As far as I know, in most cisco products, this means that the spare module are often shipped as an individual module. These are represented by the (=) sign after the product code. On the other hand, product codes without the (=) sign are most of the time shipped inserted on the chassis itself which are basically ordered as part of a solution bundle.
