What is the ideal value for CPU Utilizationa and memory usages in Cisco Devices

HI

I would like to know what is the Ideal value for CPU consumption and memory usages for cisco devices ?

any reference document/link will be helpful.

There is nothing like ideal value document for CPU consumption. It is all based on the customer network. But you should never see cpu going high on the devices.

for example we see for some customer that cpu utilization to be 30-40% on there 3750 switches which is expected.

same for that. But u dont have the percentage value showing there. If the memory is getting utilized you would be seeing it on the logs.

What about the Memory consumption ?

same for that. But u dont have the percentage value showing there. If the memory is getting utilized you would be seeing it on the logs.

In the attachment, for ISRs, Cisco seems to recommend a max CPU not to average above 75%.  Note, they do everything with their main CPU.

Switch CPU, generally shouldn't exceed 50%, because it shouldn't be doing data plane processing.

Memory is a bit more tricky, because much depends on how its being used because Cisco devices don't generally collect and rearrange free blocks.  I.e. when you run out "bad" things happen, but you can run out while having sufficient free memory, just not enough in needed blocks.  As a rough rule of thumb, you might want to avoid more than 75% memory utilization.
