check it with "show spanning-tree"

By default spanning tree is enabled. Default version is pvst+ on most of devices. This means a separate spanning tree instance for every vlan. You can check by running below commands:
Show spanning-tree
Show spanning-tree summary
You can change the mode or enable if its disabled by:
Spanning-tree mode (pvst | mst | rapid-pvst). < depending upon the one you need
Hope it helps
