Why is there no VLAN traffic?

I have two Cisco C9200L-48T-4G switch. When I did the "show interface summary" on the switch, I saw vlan traffic on one device and didn't saw vlan traffic on the other. Both switQches have the same version and traffic is occurring for each vlan. What is the reason that traffic is not visible on the other equipment?

just try this 

 enable by adding "counter" to the SVI config.
