check command show spanning-tree inconsistentports you may have a udld failure , is the port blocking on the uplink in STP?

If the ports is not blocking on the uplink, you need to check the physical layer first to rule there is no bad cable.sfp etc.

Also good to check cpu utilization on this switch and also on the uplink switch. The port is going to loop guard error since it is missing BPDUs from the other side.

Thanks,
