The customer disposed of some material, empty boxes, one of these boxes for mobility express bundle " AIR-AP1702I-E-WLC ". i have tried CLI to get the serial number, for Cisco contracts purpose & activation.it starts with SBUNDLExxxxxxxxxxxx
could not find it by:
show inventory
show sysinfo
show lic udi
or GUI.
output is

Ok, here goes ...
The Mobility Express Bundle comes in three pieces: One unit WLC and two units of APs. To make tracking and inventory control easier, the warehouse people put all three components in one big box. And to make sure they know what items are in each box, they assign a fictitious serial number in the box.
I never use the "bundle serial number" to attach the three components into a single Service Contract. There's a significant chance that entering this "bundle serial number" will only slow things down as Cisco Entitlements Team will go about looking for what the serial number means.

This is NOT the serial number of the WLC.

This is the serial number of the controller.

Do me a favour. Go HERE, log in to your CCO account and enter the serial number of the WLC as I've pointed out.
