I have Comcast as my ISP but am using my Cisco WRVS4400N as my DHCP device and gateway so that I can utilize some Site-to-Site connections with some clients. When I'm utilizing the device, I'm getting about 1-2% packet loss throughout the day. The connection will drop for 5-10 seconds periodically. I know it's not my ISP because I have put a couple devices utilizing the Comcast equipment as the Gateway, and a couple on the Cisco and there is 0% packet loss for the people on the Comcast device. Any idea what might be causing this? I'm kind of stumped. The VPN tunnels also stay up the whole time, so we aren't dropping the connection with them. This is the first I've utilized the Cisco device so I don't have an instance where it was working fine for a period of time and this just started happening. This has occurred since utilizing it.
I've attached a constant PING for about a 4 hour period today if anyone cares to look at it.
