WS-C2960-48PST-L - user tracking

Hello fellow Cisco admins!

We have some WS-C2960-48PST-L switches in our network and I wanted to get some user tracking information.

But i was suprised, because our Ciscoworks server did not regonized these switches, so there was no user tracking information about these switches.

Somebody else having this issue?

Our Ciscoworks server main version is 3.1, Campus Manager 5.1.3.

Hi,

If your version (5.1.3) does not support the 2960 series, try 5.1.4, it is defiantly supported
