WS-C2960S-24PS-L power supply Failure

Hello, Do have a issue with WS-C2960S-24PS-L, it was used switch when bought. After starting and configuring, it worked perfectly for a week. But after power cycling it didn't start. First i thought that it was "Dead". Then it started working again. Started testing and found out, that after every power cycling switch needs roughly  an hour "to rest" before next start. During this time when i connect power cord, it just dose not respond at all - No lights, Fan isn't working. After time passes, it starts. Repeated process several times. Did reset switch to factory default settings/reinstalled OS and repeated power cycling. Problem still isn't solved. Also when switch starts, it works without problems, there is no problem with power supply to POE, no errors. etc.

 

Dose anyone know what can be the problem? and how can it be solved?

 

if u need any information or logs from Switch feel free to ask. Currently switch is reset to Factory Default Settings And isn't configured but problem still persist.

Please contact Cisco TAC and organize for an RMA.
The behaviour is only going to get worst. Better RMA the appliance, whilst you still can, before the end-of-support milestone hits.
