Hello guys,

Thank you.

Hi

it could be a problem with the main board or power, could you please provide a screenshot?

Thank you

Hi edsonnraya1,

Have you tried holding down the mode button as you would during the password-recovery process.

1. Hold down mode button

2. flash_init

3. dir flash:  ( in order to verify the image-ios is present )chec

4. Issue the set command ( in order to verify the correct boot sequence in relation to the image-ios )

5. at the switch prompt manually type boot exp.
switch: boot

6. if all is OK then the switch should boot.

7. Upon successful boot-up you could verify the image-ios or ideally replace the image-ios.

The above worked for me but each situation poses variations.

I hope it is of some use.

Thank you.

Console into the switch and reboot.

Post the entire boot-up process.  We want to see what is going on/wrong.
