WS-C3550-24 strange ios version and not upgrade

Hello,

Have you ever seen this output on a WS-C3550-24 switch? with two images separated by '/' ?
System image file is "flash:/c3550-i9q3l2-mz.121-19.EA1c/c3550-i5q3l2-mz.121-14.EA1a.bin"

I uploaded in flash the new IOS version (12.1.19) but the switch seems to continue running the older after a reboot:
IOS (tm) C3550 Software (C3550-I5Q3L2-M), Version 12.1(14)EA1a, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1).

In flash the switch has only the version 12.1.19 and the command 'show boot' is:

BOOT path-list: flash:c3550-i9q3l2-mz.121-19.EA1c
Config file: flash:/config.text
Private Config file: flash:/private-config.text
Enable Break: no
Manual Boot: no
HELPER path-list:
NVRAM/Config file
buffer size: 393216

Take a look on the upgrade guide and make sure you did not miss anything.

Hi,

Can you please modify your boot path as per beneath:

"boot system flash:c3550-i9q3l2-mz.121-19.EA1c/c3550-i9q3l2-mz.121-19.EA1c.bin"

and try again. If unsuccessful please post the "dir flash:" command output.
