I would aim to upgrade to the listed 15.0(2)SE8 at the very least, suggest 15.0(2)SE11 for that platform.
Just because a version is not listed under affected doesn't mean it is not. It merely means it has not been reported/ tested for that bug.
cheers,
Seb.

Hi there,
It could be related to this bug:
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCut05808/?rfs=iqvred
..are you running the affected software version? At the very, suggest upgrading to one of the versions listed as a known fixed release.
cheers,
Seb.

This bug is identical:
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuq58584
...the workaround is a bit more descriptive.
Looks like creating an inbound ACL on all SVIs to deny UDP/1975 , which seems like it could have an effect on production traffic.
Perhaps these UDP packets are making it to the control plane which is causing an issue. Suggest you configure CPP filter out these packets and see if that resolves the issue. Ideally upgrade the IOS.
cheers,
Seb.
