As per Cisco "A Cisco 3750 switch can be stacked with any other model of Cisco 3750 switches. "

The S isn't a separate model. It's a separate part number.

You get exactly the same hardware by ordering the L or S part numbers, but the licensing is different. If you order the L, you get the LAN Base license. If you order the S, you get the IP Base license.

The IP Base license won't stack with the LAN Base license, so if you need to add to an existing LAN Base stack, you want to order the L part.

Unfortunately, no.

From http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/catalyst-3750-x-series-switches/data_sheet_c78-584733.html:

"The Cisco Catalyst 3750-X Series Switches with LAN Base feature set can only stack with other Cisco Catalyst 3750‑X Series LAN Base switches. A mixed stack of LAN Base switch with IP Base or IP Services features set is not supported."

Yes so I just get the new S model with lanbase since the old stack is also lanbase.

That's the difference between the -L model and the -S model. The -L model is LAN Base and the -S model is IP Base. Though @zahidindia is technically correct in that they can be physically stacked together, the two licenses won't mix. If you're integrating with a LAN Base stack, order another -L.

I can order a S model with a lanbase license right?

The S isn't a separate model. It's a separate part number.
