WS-C3850-48F-S POE stop working

Hi,

We have 3850 switch with ios Version 03.07.02E

We found POE problem that each phone POE device removed from the switch port won't power up when connected again

Reloading the switch didn't help

Now the case is that all port not giving POE

We upgrade to IOS XE version Denali-16.3.8(MD) Universal but problem still exist

I see a post here recommend to go to version 3.7.4E but I tried the latest with no help

Kindly advise if you find similar problems ? or it is now hw failure ?

So should I downgrade from Denali-16.3.8 to 3.7.5 or what

All switch ports don't provide POE at this time

we had same issue, if we reboot it was working for some time and fails again.

but after we have upgrade to stable version it was stabled.

After Upgrade still issue, raise a TAC will be good.
