We are using WS-C3850-48P. I got this error " CONTROLLER_PORT_ERR" on all the interface. I can t get the ports back up. What us causing this problem ? Is this a BUG
The error message means that the device connected to the different ports is trying to draw power but the port won't supply power due to some errors. Maybe you've got a cable issue. Hard to determine because 3650/3850 support of TDR is a pathetic joke.
