WS-C4506 Faulty Module After Outage

Ive been having a problem recently with a Catalyst 4506 here is the description of the problem:

     Over the past couple of months there was a couple of power outages in the building bringing the switch offline. When the switch comes back up we are seeing that some of the linecards are failing start up tests. I have to go in and physically pull the linecard out and re-insert it, because resetting it through the cli doesnt fix the problem.  We are in the process of getting this room backed up by our building UPS, but right now that is not the option.

     I read over the release notes for the current OS version and no issue popped out resembling this problem.

Has anyone dealt with this before and found a fix for it?

from the outputs pasted above i see some of the modules are showing faulty status in show module ouptut.

Please make the diagnostic level as complete and reseat the card.

Command to make the diagnostic level as complete would be

conf t

diagnostic bootup level complete

Once the diagnostic level is complete, hard reseat the card and share the outputs of "show diagnostic result module all detail"

This result will tell us whether there is any hardware issue with the line card or not.

You can issue hw-module module reset command in order to soft reseat the card.
