The marketing material for the WS-X45-SUP6L-E located at: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/switches/ps5718/ps4324/data_sheet_c78-530856.html
indicates that this module supports 8 SPAN sessions. What does that actually equate to in *monitor sessions* am I still limited to two? If anyone is aware of any additional material regarding SPAN/Monitor related specifically to the new Sup6 modules, I'd appreciate it if you could point me to it.

Catalyst 4900M, Catalyst 4948E, Supervisor Engine 6-E, and Supervisor Engine 6L-E allow a maximum of 16 SPAN/RSPAN sessions ( 8 concurrent sessions with Rx sources and 8 concurrent sessions with Tx sources). Bidirectional sources count as both Rx and Tx. All other supervisor engines allow a maximum of 6 sessions (2 concurrent sessions with RX sources and 4 concurrent sessions with Txsources).
Hope it helps.
