Trying to calculate how many end-users would be able to pull down data at 100Mbs each from a Server that has a 1Gb connection to a WS-X6748-GE-TX card, presuming worst-case scenario in which every user would be maxing out their respective 100MB connection, bearing in mind that the server’s 1GB connection resides on a ws-x6748-ge-tx card that has a 2x20GB switch fabric connection on the backplane to the SUP720 supervisor module.
SERVER-->SWITCH1(1GB port on ws-x6748-ge-tx)-->(2 x 1GB Uplink)SWITCH2-->(2 x 1GB Uplink)SWITCH3-->END USERS w/ 100Mb connections

Unclear what you're really asking, since you describe switch2 and switch3, but don't describe them. You also don't describe what else is connected to the 6748 line card ports, how busy those other ports might be, what else is in the chassis, whether the 6748 has a DFC, how busy other ports in the other line cards might be, how busy the other switches and their uplinks might be, etc.
In theory, the GigEtherent connection should be able to max out 10 FastEthernet connections.
Starting from NFVIS 3.12 versions, the deploy option does not depict all the SR-IOV VFs(Virtual Functions) available in a physical interface. This change is introduced as (i) the number of VFs of ENCS platform on LANs side is increased to 24 and (ii) the...
