How to request missing Visio stencils?

There are several Visio stencils that are missing from the library that I need. They're important to me (and I imagine others want them too) as I need to do rack elevation diagrams. I hate to open a TAC case on them but not sure what else to do. Any thoughts?

The stencils I require are:

ASA5510 (Rear view - the side with the interfaces)

ME-C6524GT-8S (Rear view - the side with the power supplies) - 24 Ethernet - 10/100/1000 interfaces + 8 Gigabit Ethernet SFP uplinks, 1 fan tray

PWR-400W-AC - 400W AC power supply for the Cisco ME 6524

PWR-400W-DC - 400W DC power supply for the Cisco ME 6524

ME-C3750-24TE-M (Rear View - the side with the power supplies) - Cisco Catalyst 3750 Metro

PWR-ME3750-AC - Cisco Catalyst 3750 Metro Switch Primary AC power supply

PWR-ME3750-DC - Cisco Catalyst 3750 Metro Switch Primary AC power supply

As you probably noted, we have 3 similar power supplies in the stencil but not the PWR-C45-1400AC.  I've just emailed the product group to ask for funding and I just received a response that will hopefully begin the process.

I just discovered that the latest Telepresence stencil had not been posted as I thought.  I've re-submitted it to the web team for posting but due to the holiday shutdown it probably won't be there until January 7 at the earliest.  I've placed the file in my personal document space in the forum here: https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-28952

Many of the items you listed are in this revision.  I hope it's helpful.

Hi Javin,

According to the product page http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/ps5854/products_eol_models.html the 2800 series routers are end of life.  The product groups will not fund Visio shapes for end of life products.  I wish I could be more helpful.

I replied directly by email regarding the request for a Visio shape of the WS-C3750X-24S and i will reply here as well.  I am trying to identify a product manager in this group that can authorize us to create this.  I apologize that it is not currenlty in the Visio download file but we develop Visio shapes as specified by the product groups.  When I receive these requests on the forumns I do my best to find the right person who can approve it and I am still researching this.

Hi David,

Please understand that I receive a lot of requests for specific devices that may be missing from the Cisco library.  Sometimes I can get authorization quickly to produce the shapes, other times it takes months. Therefore, I'd need to create a system to alert me to alert you and it's not in the scope of what I can do here. The best way I can manage this is to encourage you to check the Cisco Visio download page and/or these forums for updates. It's not feasible for me to notify individuals directly when shapes become available.  I hope that makes sense.

I'm not familiar with the CER and other product lines you mentioned, unfortunately.  I know we have not created Visio device shapes for any of them. If you are looking for logical/topology icons that are not physical rack elevation graphics, there are icon libraries here:  http://www.cisco.com/web/about/ac50/ac47/2.html

There are many topology icons that were created internally at Cisco.  We have helped several groups with these icons but most were not done here.
