Co-host on v40.9 is not available in our enterprise webex subscription. How do I enable that feature?

Find out what cluster you are on...

The Co-host and breakout rooms feature looks like it is being enabled a week after your cluster is upgraded.

My cluster is AW... we got upgraded September 8, but the features are enabled on September 15.

You can check your schedules here:

You can find your cluster on the first page when you log in to the admin section of your company.webex.com website.

Thank you. I just found out that ours is not going to take effect until September 16. I appreciate your help.
