Luis Silva is a Customer Success Specialist for Security products in Cisco CX. He has more than 12 years of experience in the IT area, specializing in Security platforms such as NGFW, ASA, Umbrella, ESA/WSA, and SMA among others. He has collaborated in different Cisco teams, from network and security consultancy and advance services to technical support. Luis holds diverse certifications: CCNA, Security specialist, CCNP Enterprise and Security, CISSP, Comptia Security+/CySA+, CCSK, GIAC GMPN, CCSP, DevNet Associate, CCNA CyberOps, and CCIE Security (#36825) among others.
